We had rain all night and work up to rain this morning. It was a cool chilly morning as we headed out for Denali Park. We took a 8 hr. shuttle bus tour that took us 66 miles back into the deep Tundra Wilderness of the Park. We got to see several Caribou, Grizzly Bears, Dall Sheep, 1 Fox and 1 Moose. Hard to get pictures though because the zoom lens isn't that great on our camera. We couldn't see Mt. McKinley because of the heavy fog, but saw some beautiful pictures in the visitors center. Since it was such a long day, we treated ourselves to a great dinner at the Salmon Baked Restaurant. I had great plank grilled King Salmon and Buddy had the Halibut Fish and Chips. We're back in our trailer all warm and cozy getting ready to listen to some more of our mystery audio book. Need lots of rest for the big rafting trip tomorrow. :-)
